The game itself is totally language independent in that the only letters and/or
text comes directly from the lessons. All functions within the game are icon
driven. This makes it a perfect vehicle for very young children and students
learning foreign languages.
There is a total of 8 functions.
FLASH CARD DISPLAY:
The first 2 exercises are designed to be used by the teacher or parent to present the
alphabet and words from the lesson(s).
MISSING LETTER:
The alphabet is presented with one of the letters missing. The
student, then, must enter the missing letter to be awarded with a little graphic.
There is one game for upper case and one for lower case.
MATCH CASE:
Letters from the alphabet are presented with one upper case and one
lower case. All the student need do is click on the green or red button to indicate
if the letters presented are the same or not.
PICTURES TO A WORD:
This multiple choice exercise presents 3 images from the lesson
and a word. The student needs only select the correct image that matches the word.
WORDS TO PICTURE:
This is the opposite number of the exercise above where one image
is presented with 3 words. Once again, all the student need do is select the correct
word to receive an award.
MISSING LETTERS FROM WORDS:
This, the final exercise presents one image and one word with a letter missing.
The student need only enter the correct letter to replace the one that is missing.
